IT Sales Executive – Dubai (1-2 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. You will act as the bridge between client needs and our technical solutions, collaborating closely with the sales and technical departments to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, product walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations.
• Design and propose customized IT solutions covering cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Prepare and support RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, and technical proposals.
• Partner with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful deal closure.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven IT pre‑sales experience in the Dubai market.
• Experience in insurtech sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, especially cloud, network, and security domains.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Analytical mindset with a client‑focused approach.
