IT Specialist – Healthcare & Aesthetics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to support and maintain the technology ecosystem of our expanding healthcare and aesthetic facilities in Dubai. You will work closely with management, medical teams and external vendors to ensure reliable IT operations and compliance with local digital health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, systems and network operations across all locations.
• Ensure integration and compliance with NABIDH and DHA digital health platforms.
• Administer and provide support for Simplex, Zoho and Bitrix applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Manage Active Directory, antivirus solutions, access control and monitoring tools.
• Assist with IT reporting, data accuracy and healthcare system compliance.
• Train staff on office and communication tools.
• Provide technical support to all departments and oversee equipment setup and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in healthcare or startup environments.
• Mandatory experience with Simplex, Zoho and Bitrix systems.
• Experience setting up IT infrastructure for hospitals, aesthetic clinics or day‑surgery centers in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity and system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, antivirus and monitoring tools.
• Experience with NABIDH integration and DHA digital health systems.
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations, data protection laws and medical reporting standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
