About the role

We are seeking an experienced JAFZA Visa & Immigration Specialist (PRO) to manage all visa and immigration processes for our company operating in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Handle employment, investor and partner visas (new applications, renewals, cancellations).
Manage establishment card applications and visa quota allocation.
Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID issuance and visa stamping.
Ensure full compliance with UAE immigration regulations.
Maintain immigration files and update portal records.
Assist with license amendments related to visa matters.

Required profile

3–5+ years of direct JAFZA visa experience.
Strong knowledge of the JAFZA portal and UAE immigration procedures.
Experience managing visa quotas and establishment cards.
Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

Proficiency with the JAFZA portal.
