Jira Administrator & Support Analyst

About the role

Gargash Group, representing leading automotive and luxury brands, is creating a dedicated Jira Administrator & Support Analyst position within its Technology division. The role will own the Atlassian Jira and Confluence estate, providing day‑to‑day administration, user support and platform governance across procurement, marketing, HR, sales and after‑sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence cloud (and any on‑premise) environments, including user provisioning, permission schemes, project configuration and custom fields.
• Design, implement and maintain workflows, screen schemes, notification schemes and automation rules to meet business processes.
• Manage marketplace apps, plugins and integrations such as Power BI reporting connectors and SSO with the group identity provider.
• Maintain platform hygiene by retiring unused projects, archiving stale data and consolidating duplicate workflows.
• Act as the primary technical owner, handling vendor relationship with Atlassian and ensuring platform stability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from procurement, marketing, HR, sales and after‑sales to align Jira configurations with real business outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of hands‑on experience administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor within an applications support function.
• Strong understanding of business processes across procurement, marketing, HR and after‑sales environments.
