About the role

QIMA offers a six‑month international internship designed for students and career‑transitioners who want to explore HR, Marketing, or Finance in a global setting. Participants will work on real projects, gain hands‑on experience, and develop a professional network across vibrant locations such as Dubai, Hong Kong, Cebu, or Ho Chi Minh City.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day activities in the chosen department (HR, Marketing, or Finance).
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns, recruitment drives, or financial tracking tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Endorsed by your school with a signed internship agreement.
• Internship duration of at least six months.
• Strong interest in HR, Marketing, or Finance.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Open to professional career transition.
