Junior DevSecOps Engineer (3-5 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior DevSecOps Engineer with 3‑5 years of experience to support and enhance our digital platforms and cloud environments. The role blends software development, infrastructure automation, and security to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Automate build, test and deployment workflows with PowerShell, Bash and Python.
• Implement blue‑green and rolling deployment strategies to improve release reliability.
• Manage cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable) and implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, ARM or Bicep.
• Configure and monitor container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply security baselines (CIS benchmarks), perform VM hardening and contribute to Zero‑Trust architecture.
• Track and remediate high‑risk security findings, support VAPT engagements and ensure PCI DSS compliance.
• Implement logging, monitoring and root‑cause analysis to maintain SLA‑defined uptime.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu) and NGINX hosting knowledge.
• Experience bridging cybersecurity and development teams.
