Junior Logistics and Shipping Expeditor

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Junior Logistics and Shipping Expeditor based in Dubai. You will coordinate shipping schedules, manage logistics documentation, arrange transportation, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping schedules and arrange transportation for inbound and outbound goods.
• Prepare, submit, and file import/export/transfer BOE, customs documentation, export invoices, and packing lists under letters of credit.
• Monitor the flow of goods, including storage, distribution, stock control, and warehousing.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs approvals, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, Mirsal 1‑11, and other regional regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of GCC shipping and logistics experience with an operational or commercial mindset.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and documentation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, assertive team and handle day‑to‑day communication with all parties.
• Proficiency with basic MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
