Key Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic accounts in Dubai across government, retail, securities, automotive and banking sectors. Reporting to the Chairman/CEO, you will work closely with the Sales Director to deliver tailored IT operations monitoring and observability solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Director in developing and managing key accounts in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong, stable client relationships and manage existing customer resources.
• Prepare industry research reports and customized solution proposals for enterprise clients.
• Analyse client buying behaviour to design effective sales strategies.
• Lead business negotiations and contribute to drafting and finalising sales contract terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–5 years of key‑account sales experience in the software industry, preferably SaaS.
• Deep understanding of market landscape, client demands and the bidding/tendering process.
• Proven project‑management and market‑planning capabilities.
• Results‑oriented, able to thrive in a high‑intensity, fast‑paced environment.
