About the role
We are partnering with a global financial services organisation to hire a Key Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners across the UAE, driving commercial success and long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key B2B and enterprise clients throughout the UAE.
- Develop and support channel partner relationships to generate business growth.
- Collaborate with distributors, strategic partners and external stakeholders.
- Identify new commercial opportunities via direct and partner channels.
- Maintain strong client engagement and deliver high‑level customer service.
- Support account reviews, commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Track market trends and competitor activity within the financial services sector.
- Achieve revenue growth and client retention targets.
Required profile
- 0‑5 years of experience in account management, sales, channel management or business development.
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers or enterprise accounts is advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Commercially driven with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to build long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, technology or professional services is beneficial.
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
