About the role
Careem Express is expanding its logistics vertical and is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to drive business development across the UAE. You will be the primary point of contact for Tier‑1 enterprise clients, responsible for growing existing relationships and acquiring new accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close new B2B logistics contracts across the UAE.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing Tier‑1 clients to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contract finalisation.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as order volume, gross profit, and overall portfolio P&L.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of account management or sales experience in non‑food B2B, e‑commerce, or on‑demand logistics.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
- Business‑development mindset combined with strong operational attention to detail.
- Target‑oriented problem‑solver comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
