KG Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated KG Teacher to join our early‑childhood team in Dubai. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging learning environment for kindergarten children, supporting their academic and personal development in line with the school’s mission.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach allocated KG classes and develop related lesson plans.
  • Assess, monitor, record and report on student progress.
  • Provide advice and guidance to students on educational matters.
  • Promote and safeguard the wellbeing and safety of students.
  • Collaborate with parents and staff to serve the best interests of the children.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
  • Contribute to curriculum development.
  • Help maintain order and discipline in the classroom and school.

Required profile

  • Minimum BS/BA in a relevant subject.
  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, Masters of Education, Professional Certificate/Diploma in Teaching or Education).
  • Meet the TELS UAE teacher certification requirements and obtain Competent Teacher Status (CTS) within a year of joining.
