Landlord Relations Officer (Arabic speaker)

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes, Dubai’s leading vacation‑rental management firm, is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Landlord Relations Officer. You will act as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring their queries are answered promptly and their properties are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to owner inquiries covering finance, utilities, payouts, banking, listings, pricing, availability, inventory and access cards.
• Provide clear, accurate information via phone, messaging platforms and email.
• Log unresolved issues, generate tickets and follow up until resolution.
• Gather information from prospective owners to support acquisition.
• Record and manage deals using HubSpot.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, reservations, inventory and operations teams to fulfil owner requests.
• Manage escalations and ensure swift resolution of complex issues.
• Produce reports summarising owner interactions and resolutions.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and support additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 month experience in a customer‑facing or property‑management role.
• Professional, courteous and able to handle multiple queries simultaneously.
