Law Enforcement Specialist – UAE

About the role

Binance is seeking a Law Enforcement Specialist to serve as the primary liaison with UAE law enforcement and government agencies. The role will manage information requests, support investigations, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for UAE law‑enforcement agencies, including Dubai Police.
• Receive, assess, and coordinate responses to user and transaction information requests from authorized authorities.
• Validate the legal basis of requests and ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate collection, preservation, and secure disclosure of relevant data.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, responses, and case information.
• Support investigations into fraud, money laundering, sanctions, cybercrime, and other illicit activities.
• Identify trends and emerging risks from law‑enforcement requests and share insights internally.
• Educate internal teams on UAE law‑enforcement engagement and response processes.

Required profile

• Experience working with UAE law‑enforcement agencies, regulators, or government authorities.
• Strong understanding of the UAE regulatory environment and existing relationships with Dubai Police.
• Background in handling subpoenas, court orders, or similar legal requests.
• Knowledge of AML, financial crime, fraud, cybercrime, or cryptocurrency investigations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑risk cases under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and sound judgement when assessing sensitive information.
