Lead Analyst - OT Cybersecurity Sector Domain

About the role

The Lead Analyst for the OT Cybersecurity sector acts as the primary liaison between the OT Security Operations Center (SOC) and the business sector. You will communicate decisions, activities and insights to sector stakeholders while ensuring alignment with security objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sector‑specific knowledge for incident response, threat hunting and related activities.
• Coordinate joint efforts between the OT SOC and the sector, including mutual incident investigations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and security teams.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of global and sector‑related cybersecurity risks, regulations and standards.
• Support customers and internal teams with cybersecurity queries, questionnaires and assessments.
• Represent the OT SOC as a thought leader in customer and sector discussions.
• Monitor adherence to cybersecurity policies and industry best practices.
• Identify, manage and reduce cyber security risks and drive internal awareness and training programs.

Required profile

• ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or GIAC certification.
• Strong people and process management abilities.
• Proven program‑management experience (project initiation, scoping, budgeting, risk management, communication).
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and lead a team.
• Good working knowledge of standard office tools.
