Lead Auditor – Food Safety / BRCGS

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Auditor specialized in Food Safety to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will conduct BRCGS Food Safety audits for clients across the manufacturing and consumer‑products sector, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute BRCGS Food Safety audits on site.
• Evaluate food safety management systems such as HACCP, GMP, FSSC, ISO 22000 and BRCGS.
• Identify non‑conformities, prepare detailed audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure audits are performed in accordance with ISO 17021 and ISO 19011.
• Support certification decisions and conduct technical reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety auditing.
• Registered BRCGS Lead Auditor qualification.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and HACCP principles.
• Proven experience performing external audits for ISO 22000, HACCP and BRCGS.
• Background in food production or processing environments.
