Lead Coach – Women’s Football Programme (Dubai)

About the role

Manchester City Football Club is seeking a Lead Coach to head its Women’s Football programme in Dubai. This full‑time position will place you at the centre of a growing football education initiative, delivering high‑quality training and a safe, inclusive environment for participants of all abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver daily training sessions for the Women’s Football Dubai programme.
• Coordinate venue logistics, equipment, registrations and waivers to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the programme and increase participation.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of coaches, aligning them with the club’s coaching philosophy.
• Act as the safeguarding lead on site, handling any concerns promptly and appropriately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coaching women’s football or comparable sports programmes.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to creating a safe, positive environment for all participants.
