Lead Construction Brownfield Site Engineer – Offshore Water Injection

About the role

The Lead Construction Brownfield Site Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all brownfield construction activities associated with the Offshore Water Injection Project. The role ensures safe and efficient execution of construction, tie‑ins, modifications, equipment installation, and integration works within existing offshore facilities while minimizing disruption to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all brownfield construction activities offshore throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary interface between Construction, Operations, Commissioning, Engineering, and Contractor teams.
• Ensure safe execution of works and compliance with HSE, quality, and permit‑to‑work requirements.

Required profile

• 18‑22 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with 5‑7 years in the offshore sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Marine or related engineering discipline.
• Professional engineering registration or equivalent certification preferred.
