Lead Consultant – Pre‑Sales Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant to drive pre‑sales activities for our cybersecurity portfolio. You will work closely with clients, partners and internal delivery teams to design, demonstrate and sell enterprise‑grade security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present solution designs, proposals, demos and proof‑of‑concepts for cybersecurity projects.
• Provide expert guidance across domains such as GRC, cloud security, SOC, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Conduct technical presentations to defend proposals and showcase CPX’s security offerings.
• Analyse client requirements, craft tailored, cost‑effective solutions and produce high‑quality RFI/RFP responses.
• Collaborate with delivery units to ensure proposed solutions align with implementation capabilities.
• Stay current on emerging trends like ML/AI security and HPC security to advise clients.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity.
• At least 3 years in a pre‑sales solution architect or consultant role.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with large teams and stakeholders.
• Degree in IT/IS or a related field and relevant cybersecurity certifications.
