Lead - Creative Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Lead Creative Specialist to join Mashreq's UAE Retail Marketing team. You will work closely with marketers to conceive and deliver innovative visual concepts for campaigns, promotions, and communications across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh creative ideas for various banking segments and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and adapt visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for social media, email, mobile notifications, print, and other marketing assets.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Mashreq NEO brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Partner with product and marketing managers to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
• Write compelling headlines, taglines, captions, and short copy to complement visual assets.
• Leverage AI and generative tools (image, video, text) to accelerate creative production and improve quality.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards while delivering high‑impact retail‑banking campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative design within a marketing or retail‑banking environment.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and campaign objectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in emerging AI tools and their application to creative workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools and generative image, video, and text platforms.
