Lead Designer – Design Lead for Global Experiential Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Designer to join a leading global brand activation and experiential agency in Dubai. Reporting to the Regional Executive Creative Director, you will shape the visual language of exhibition stands, large‑scale events and festivals, ensuring every experience is memorable and aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic design direction and maintain high‑quality creative output across key regional accounts.
• Conceptualise and develop innovative booth designs, storytelling concepts, consumer journeys and technology integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and project managers to deliver impactful event experiences that meet creative briefs.
• Leverage brand and consumer insights to create integrated creative approaches.
• Mentor and guide 3D designers, enhancing their software and presentation skills.
• Communicate effectively with multiple business units to achieve shared goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends to produce award‑winning proposals and pitch materials.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in events, exhibitions and brand experience marketing, preferably in the MENA region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related creative field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of managing design timelines and mentoring creative teams.

Required skills

• High proficiency in SketchUp.
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
• Expertise in PowerPoint for presentations.
