Lead Product Manager – Sportsbook

About the role

As Lead Product Manager for the Sportsbook, you will own a substantial portion of the sportsbook proposition and shape a locally relevant sports wagering experience for the UAE market. You will combine customer insight, trading capability, commercial judgement and product craft to define the roadmap and deliver meaningful improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sportsbook strategy and roadmap within your domain, covering sports, event and market discovery.
• Own bet placement, betslip, bet tracking, singles, multiples, Bet Builder, in‑play and cash‑out experiences.
• Drive recommendations, boosts and personalised discovery features.
• Conduct customer research, experimentation and delivery, partnering with Trading on market depth, pricing and proposition.
• Within the first 12 months, establish clear priorities, improve discovery and bet placement journeys, increase activation, frequency and retention, and ship meaningful product improvements at pace.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience building consumer digital products, preferably in sportsbook or regulated gaming.
• Proven ability to combine product strategy and delivery in fast‑moving, complex environments.
• Experience using behavioural data, customer research and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Strong product craft across strategy, discovery, analytics, UX, prioritisation and commercial thinking.
• Effective collaboration with engineering, design, data and trading teams, and ability to make decisions in ambiguous settings.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate analysis, research, documentation and experimentation.
