About the role

The Lead Recruiter in Dubai will oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a manufacturing group, covering multiple business functions and organizational levels. This fast‑paced role requires expertise in high‑volume recruitment, proactive headhunting, stakeholder collaboration and talent pipeline development to attract and secure top‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for the entire group, handling 30‑40 vacancies per month.
• Source, attract and hire talent across various functions and seniority levels.
• Utilise headhunting and proactive sourcing techniques to engage high‑calibre candidates.
• Conduct screening, interviews and assessments, providing hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment strategies with workforce needs.
• Ensure a smooth process from sourcing through offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven headhunting experience across different organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume recruitment while maintaining quality.
• Experience in a group‑level recruitment environment or recruitment agency is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and vacancies simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and results‑driven mindset.
