About the role

We are a leading drinking water delivery company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for our technical talent. You will shape recruitment strategies, build strong pipelines, and ensure we attract the best engineers, technicians and related professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies that generate a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop trusted relationships with potential candidates to maintain a continuous flow of qualified talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring.
• Assess candidate qualifications and make data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Network with industry professionals and stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within water delivery, water treatment, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as engineers, technicians, and other specialized positions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and project‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Dubai labor laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
