Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

PureHealth is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end execution of corporate training programs in Dubai. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess learning needs, deliver impactful sessions, and measure outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all trainings driven by the Corporate Learning team, independently or with minimal supervision.
• Collect, analyse, and report pre‑, during‑, and post‑training data.
• Design dashboards, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Maintain accurate training trackers and databases.
• Collaborate on content development and leverage digital Learning Management Systems.
• Engage stakeholders to assess development needs and ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Promote cost‑conscious delivery while maintaining high quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a focus on Learning & Development.
• Hands‑on experience with core learning concepts and operations.
• Strong operational execution and ability to contribute to strategic projects.
• Excellent data analytics and presentation abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and teamwork.
