Legal Advisor

About the role

We are a leading real estate and construction firm seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to support our growing portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will combine deep legal expertise with bilingual fluency in Arabic and English to manage complex transactions and protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts (including FIDIC), joint venture agreements, sales and purchase agreements, and lease agreements.
• Provide legal counsel to senior management on real estate law, labor law, and corporate governance matters.
• Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, including arbitration and coordination with external law firms.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards across all projects.
• Accurately translate legal documents and represent the company in bilingual meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the real estate or construction sector.
• Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• LL.B degree from a recognized university; a Master’s degree or professional legal certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local property laws, construction regulations, and contract law.
