Leisure Sales Manager – MENA Region

About the role

The Leisure Sales Manager for the MENA region will drive revenue growth for Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal by developing and penetrating key markets across the Middle East. Reporting to the Leisure Sales Division, you will lead business development initiatives, manage key accounts and build strong partnerships with DMCs, wholesalers, travel agencies and high‑value client segments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute market initiatives such as roadshows, sales missions, elite events and trade shows.
• Represent both resorts at international industry events and trade exhibitions.
• Conduct regular sales calls and maintain ongoing communication with key accounts and market partners.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities to maximize revenue, occupancy and average rates.
• Develop strategies to generate business during low‑demand periods and boost local food & beverage revenue.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and territories, ensuring deep penetration and long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to enhance market penetration.
• Achieve monthly and annual KPIs and manage account‑related performance targets.
• Travel to key MENA markets as required to support business development.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development within the leisure sales segment across MENA markets.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury 5‑star property.
• Strong ability to build trust and maintain relationships with high‑value customers, DMCs and travel partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
