About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Listing Specialist to join Oia Properties in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for preparing and managing property listings, ensuring they attract potential buyers and align with market trends.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate property listings on platforms such as Property Finder.
Coordinate viewings and documentation with real estate agents, clients, and landlords.
Support the sales team with lead generation and follow‑up activities.
Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and pricing strategies.
Arrange viewings for potential tenants and buyers.
Communicate professionally with clients, demonstrating strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience in real estate listings or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi real‑estate market and regulations.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

Listing platforms (e.g., Property Finder).
CRM software.
Microsoft Office suite.
