About the role
The Locum Patient Care Assistant will join the nursing team at the Women Centre in Dubai, providing temporary support for a three‑month period. Working under the direction of the sister or Senior Nurse, the role focuses on delivering safe, evidence‑based patient care and facilitating smooth patient flow through the clinic pathway.
Key responsibilities
- Support registered nurses and doctors in delivering high‑quality clinical services.
- Follow unit‑specific competencies and evidence‑based guidelines to ensure patient safety.
- Assist with patient admission, preparation, and discharge processes within the Women Centre.
- Help maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
Required profile
- Ability to work under supervision of senior nursing staff.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced clinic setting.
- Relevant healthcare qualification or experience in patient care.
