Logistics Coordinator – Villa Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics for villa construction projects on‑site. The role ensures that materials, equipment and manpower are delivered on time to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site logistics, material deliveries and transportation schedules.
• Monitor movement of construction materials, equipment and workforce.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams and site management.
• Maintain accurate inventory, delivery records and logistics reports.
• Optimize storage, distribution and on‑site material handling processes.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator in construction or villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of site logistics, material coordination and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced site environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with logistics tracking systems.
