Logistics & Supply Chain Lead

About the role

The Logistics & Supply Chain Lead oversees the full spectrum of supply chain activities, from inventory management and warehouse operations to transportation, import/export compliance, and order fulfillment. The role ensures material flow efficiency, stock accuracy, timely deliveries, cost optimisation, and adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order fulfillment, coordinating suppliers, headquarters, customers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, develop replenishment plans and forecast stock based on sales demand.
• Act as primary contact for outsourced warehouse providers, ensuring SLA compliance, timely receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation across air, sea and land, negotiate rates and optimise logistics costs.
• Handle import and export activities in line with UAE and GCC regulations, preparing all required documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across outsourced locations, reconcile stock discrepancies and oversee physical counts.
