About the role

Land Sterling is seeking motivated individuals to join its boutique brokerage in Dubai as Luxury Real Estate Agents. You will work in a high‑touch environment, building long‑term relationships with landlords, sellers and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outreach calls to potential landlords and sellers.
• Conduct property market appraisals and provide accurate valuations.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable property solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market insights, trends and new listings.
• Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven background in sales or client‑facing roles such as real estate, automotive sales, recruitment, cabin crew or luxury retail.
• Genuine passion for real estate and a strong ambition to expand industry knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work collaboratively.
• Fluent in English and holder of a valid driving licence.
