About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant to join a fast‑growing, British‑owned agency in the heart of Dubai’s luxury property market. The role offers full training, a hot‑desk environment and the chance to earn uncapped commissions while building a high‑performance career in premium real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities from an established client database.
• Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice.
• Arrange and lead viewings across Dubai’s luxury property market.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers through to successful completion.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on viewings.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to promote listings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai market trends and regulations.
• Liaise with mortgage brokers, banks, surveyors and other professionals to progress transactions.
• Consistently work towards ambitious sales targets in a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional, confident and well‑presented.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven.
• Comfortable generating new business and making outbound sales calls.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate client appointments.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Full driving licence (UK or international equivalent preferred).
• Approximately £15,000 relocation and visa support available.
