Luxury Villas Design Manager

About the role

The Luxury Villas Design Manager is a full‑time, hands‑on position responsible for creating and delivering high‑end villa designs from concept to handover. The role blends creative design work with technical documentation and close collaboration with landscape, sales, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design luxury villas end‑to‑end, including concepts, layouts, material and finish selection, and detailed documentation.
• Create mood boards, 3D visualisations, and presentation materials that meet luxury market standards.
• Produce and review technical drawings, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality and other authority requirements.
• Coordinate with the landscape design team, providing creative input and occasional hands‑on support.
• Work with sales, project managers, and procurement to align designs with budgets, timelines, and material specifications.
• Maintain drawing standards, templates, and documentation control for all villa projects.

Required profile

• Full‑time, hands‑on designer with a strong focus on luxury residential projects.
• Experience translating client briefs, site conditions, and budgets into feasible design solutions.
• Ability to manage the complete design process from concept through execution handover.
• Proactive collaboration with cross‑functional teams and a commitment to staying current with luxury design trends.
