Maintenance Specialist – Hospitality

About the role

Le Café LPM is launching its first outlet in Dubai and needs a hands‑on Maintenance Specialist to keep the café safe, functional and aligned with brand standards. You will be the go‑to person for all technical issues, ensuring smooth daily operations as the brand expands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and urgent repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting domains.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and document all activities.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai safety regulations, fire, hygiene and other internal protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs, contractor visits and preventive inspections.
• Identify potential issues early and implement fast, effective solutions to minimise service disruption.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in hospitality, retail or premium F&B environments.
• Strong technical capability across multiple trades and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Familiarity with Dubai safety regulations and maintenance compliance requirements.
• Fluent English communication skills.
