Management Accountant – Financial & Accounts Finance Manager

About the role

The Management Accountant will be based in Dubai supporting i9 Education Australia. This full‑time, on‑site position handles day‑to‑day accounting, payroll, tax compliance and management reporting for the Australian entity.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, accounts payable/receivable and payments across multiple entities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, employee expenses, loans, assets and leases.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee entitlements and related reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, budgets and operational analyses.
• Ensure GST reporting, ATO compliance, PAYG, payroll tax and superannuation obligations are met.
• Utilise accounting software and ERP solutions (preferably MYOB and Acumatica) to maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Residency in the UAE with a valid residence visa.
• Strong background in accounting with practical experience in Australian tax and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work early hours (5 am‑1 pm) to align with Australian business timings.
