Manager, Account Management – Digital Assets (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Account Management to lead its Digital Assets and blockchain strategy across the EEMEA region. You will work directly with crypto and blockchain companies, shaping product innovation and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global account management activities in line with Mastercard best practices, ensuring delivery of strategy and commercial targets.
• Drive product innovation based on customer feedback and emerging blockchain trends.
• Establish and deepen relationships with exchanges, wallets, layer‑1 protocols, on‑ramps and other ecosystem partners.
• Achieve acquiring and issuing revenue targets specific to the digital assets and blockchain segment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Core, Services, Finance, Marketing, regional teams) to influence the future of the digital economy.
• Identify and expand target segments by evaluating new opportunities and product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and account management.
• Relevant experience within the blockchain and crypto ecosystem, with an established network of contacts.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and highly innovative environment.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• High sense of urgency, ownership, and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA, preferably focused on strategy, finance, entrepreneurship, or technology management.
