Manager, Account to Report (ATR)

About the role

The Manager ATR will lead the Account to Report function within IFFCO Group's Finance Shared Service Centre. This senior position is responsible for the end‑to‑end reporting process across all business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve SLA and efficiency targets through automation, standardisation and process improvement.
• Act as the primary interface between senior management and the SSC for all Account to Report matters.
• Coordinate with functional and ERP teams to meet reporting requirements and enable system capabilities.
• Analyse, sign‑off and deliver management reports, audited financial statements and ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Oversee timely closure of financial statements and ensure compliance with corporate finance policies.
• Supervise balance‑sheet reconciliations, general ledger postings and fixed‑asset accounting processes.
• Maintain and improve control systems, procedures and documentation for fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, impairment reviews and audit schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Account to Report or finance shared‑service functions.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, balance‑sheet reconciliation and fixed‑asset management.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate finance policies.
