Manager - Bowling / Billiards / Gaming Center

About the role

Oversee the daily operations of the bowling, billiards, and gaming center, leading front‑of‑house and operations staff to ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise front‑of‑house and operations staff.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Manage shift schedules, staffing, and employee performance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Drive sales through promotions, events, leagues, and corporate bookings.
• Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and daily revenue reporting.
• Control inventory and coordinate maintenance of gaming equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with marketing to increase footfall and customer engagement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience managing a bowling, entertainment, FEC, arcade, or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
