Manager, Marketing Operations and Martech

About the role

The Manager of Marketing Operations and Martech leads the operational backbone of United Arab Bank's Marketing & Communications function. You will ensure efficient, compliant, and data‑driven delivery across governance, budgeting, procurement, agency management, technology platforms, reporting, and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Marketing PMO and manage the full project portfolio, including request intake, prioritisation and workflow.
• Maintain the Marketing Service Catalogue, RACI matrices, SLAs and turnaround times.
• Oversee budgets, purchase orders, invoices and the marketing calendar.
• Lead procurement processes and agency governance.
• Administer and optimise marketing technology platforms for cost efficiency and digitisation.
• Produce executive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Maintain marketing policies, SOPs and governance documentation.
• Coordinate audits, compliance and internal‑audit requirements.
• Drive operational improvements and automation initiatives.
• Champion customer protection, education campaigns and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; Project Management qualification desirable.
• 8–12 years of experience in Marketing Operations, PMO, Martech or Marketing Services.
• Background in banking or other regulated industries preferred; FinTech experience a plus.
• Proven experience managing budgets, procurement and agency relationships.
• Strong analytical, organisational and multi‑project management abilities.
