Manager Recruitment – Revenue & Commercial

About the role

Etihad Airways is expanding its global network and needs a seasoned recruitment leader to drive talent acquisition for revenue and commercial functions. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will partner with senior leaders across multiple markets to attract top commercial talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for commercial roles, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and HR Business Partners on talent availability and market dynamics.
• Design and execute international sourcing strategies, building proactive pipelines across geographic markets.
• Utilise AI‑enabled sourcing platforms, recruitment technology and talent intelligence to engage passive candidates.
• Recruit across a range of commercial disciplines, with a focus on sales and revenue‑driven talent.
• Navigate a complex matrix organisation, balancing stakeholder requirements while maintaining hiring speed and quality.
• Provide market intelligence to hiring managers, highlighting talent availability and competitor activity.
• Ensure consistent, objective assessment using Etihad’s recruitment methodologies and champion a transparent candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter in large, international organisations with matrix structures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets and commercial recruitment.
• Comfort with fast‑moving, multi‑country hiring environments.
