Market and Customer Lead - UAE

About the role

The Market and Customer Lead for the UAE will act as the primary integrator between Siemens Energy and its key customers in the region. You will ensure alignment in market engagement, provide market intelligence, and support business growth through strategic customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as senior relationship owner for priority UAE accounts and develop long‑term key account plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' strategic priorities and challenges.
• Coordinate engagement across Business Areas for shared accounts.
• Monitor market developments, customer investment plans, and competitive dynamics in the UAE.
• Translate market signals into actionable insights and brief leadership on trends and opportunities.
• Identify white‑space and emerging market segments aligned with Siemens Energy’s portfolio.
• Support Business Areas in prioritising opportunity pipelines and integrate synergies across units.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field (MSc desirable).
• Extensive experience in market development, key account management or business development within the energy or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of the UAE energy and infrastructure ecosystem.
• Proven ability to work across multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication and executive presentation skills; fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proactive, adaptable strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation and passion for energy transition and innovation.
