Market Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Market Manager will oversee the company’s hotel product portfolio, driving sales and profitability across the Dubai market. You will work closely with Destination Management Centres (DMCs) and partner hotels to develop commercial opportunities and meet forecast targets.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate purchasing contracts to ensure competitive offers and validate room details, occupancies and market restrictions.
• Analyse competitor pricing, flight capacity and margins to identify missed sales opportunities.
• Maintain and grow the product portfolio by maximising sales, profit and rate of sale (ROS).
• Build and nurture relationships with DMCs, hotel partners and trade customers.
• Track weekly budget performance (room nights and margin) and anticipate shortfalls.
• Identify new hotel partners to diversify the range.
• Manage contracts to keep hotels competitive through exclusive offers and optimal allocation.
• Recover risk by monitoring guarantees and group bookings to ensure high occupancy.
• Stay informed on key market events and their impact on hotel availability.
• Produce weekly reports and presentations for senior management using Power BI.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Marketing teams on dashboards and promotional campaigns.
• Resolve sales barriers such as mapping or loading errors.
• Work with trade partners on flash‑sale opportunities and attend trade shows.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with DMCs, hotels and trade partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and track budget performance.
• Proactive approach to risk recovery and opportunity identification.
