Market Product Specialist – Treasury (Director level)

About the role

The Market Product Specialist will join a global bank’s Capital Markets team in Dubai, supporting Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors with cross‑asset structured product advisory and execution. This senior‑level position focuses on delivering tailored solutions to ultra‑high‑net‑worth, family office and external asset manager clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cross‑asset structured product advisory and execution for Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors and Portfolio Advisors.
• Attend client and RM meetings, and participate in conference calls to identify product opportunities.
• Manage ultra‑high‑net‑worth, family office and external asset manager client relationships from a structured product perspective.
• Deliver market and product information, ensuring timely execution of client orders.
• Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to drive deal closure and meet investment return targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to manage business prospects and close deals.
• Experience advising UHNW, family office or external asset manager clients on structured products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors.
