Marketing Analyst – Data‑Driven Campaign Optimization

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a global, data‑driven team. In this fully remote position you will turn large‑scale marketing and campaign data into actionable insights that shape user acquisition, optimization, and budget allocation across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver detailed analytical reports on marketing campaigns, highlighting optimization opportunities.
• Monitor daily marketing KPIs, detect anomalies, and investigate performance trends.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests, providing clear, statistically‑backed recommendations.
• Improve and maintain attribution models, LTV frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Develop actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, targeting, and ROI.
• Optimize reporting systems and budgeting tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data consistency across analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical thinking and solid foundation in statistical analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote‑first environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level).

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets (functions, pivot tables).
• BigQuery and handling large‑scale datasets.
• BI tools such as Tableau or Superset.
• SQL (MS SQL) and basic Python.
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads platforms.
