Marketing Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end campaigns for its EdTech platform. You will work directly on campaign creation, launch, and performance analysis, using AI tools to achieve the scale of a full marketing team. The role can be performed remotely or from our Dubai office and requires fluency in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels without relying on external agencies.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, prompt pipelines, and automation platforms to accelerate execution.
• Monitor real‑time performance data, pause under‑performing tactics, and double‑down on successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with the brand vision.
• Maintain a bias for action, launching scrappy experiments quickly and iterating based on results.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a startup or EdTech environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret cross‑channel metrics.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of outcomes.
