Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Lifestyle

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead brand awareness and guest engagement for Amaya Restaurant & Lounge in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that reflect the brand’s art‑led, lifestyle positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch promotional initiatives across digital, social and traditional channels.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with creative, operations and culinary teams.
• Optimize campaigns using data‑driven insights and performance analytics.
• Develop partnerships, events and influencer collaborations to boost footfall.
• Monitor market trends, control budgets and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand management within hospitality, lifestyle or F&B.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, culinary and creative teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; hospitality marketing experience highly valued.
