Marketing Manager – Island Lifestyle Destination

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Marketing Manager to shape and execute the marketing strategy for voco Dubai Monaco, a unique island lifestyle destination on Dubai’s World Islands. The role will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to position the venue as a premier choice for hotel stays, staycations, F&B, pool and beach experiences, nightlife, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual calendar for the hotel and island destination.
• Build strong market positioning and brand awareness that differentiates voco Monaco from traditional Dubai hotels.
• Create commercially focused campaigns to drive room, F&B, pool & beach, nightlife, events, and venue‑hire revenue.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, content creation and manage the property’s online presence.
• Manage influencer, creator, PR and media relationships to generate measurable commercial returns.
• Design and execute marketing programmes for festivals, parties, entertainment and seasonal activations.
• Develop strategic partnerships with hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment and corporate brands.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, F&B, Events and Operations to align marketing activities with business objectives and manage the marketing budget.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, entertainment or luxury sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai hospitality and consumer market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience across digital marketing, social media, content, PR and influencer marketing.
• Commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activity to measurable revenue and ROI.
• Excellent project management, organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
