Marketing Manager – UAE & Saudi Arabia

About the role

SOCIALEYEZ is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead internal marketing initiatives across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The role blends strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution to strengthen the brand’s digital presence and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance the SOCIALEYEZ brand in the UAE and KSA.
• Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across social media, paid media, email, website, SEO, and content marketing.
• Own the social media strategy, content calendar, and daily execution.
• Create compelling copy for social posts, thought‑leadership pieces, case studies, presentations, newsletters, and website content.
• Lead internal communication programmes to boost employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging.
• Maintain brand positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with leadership, creative, business development, and HR teams to support key initiatives.
• Monitor performance data, generate insights, and continuously optimise campaigns for better ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience with proven success in both the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets.
• Hands‑on expertise in developing and executing digital‑channel strategies.
• Strong background in social media, content strategy, and internal communications.
• Demonstrated ability to position and build brands.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Prior experience in an advertising, creative, digital, or integrated agency is highly preferred.
