Marketing & Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive. You will combine marketing creativity with sales acumen to expand the company’s market presence across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on leads through multiple marketing channels.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Create and manage content for brochures, social media and digital campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and sales data, providing insightful reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient supply solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in trading or distribution.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in the UAE market is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
