Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute our content strategy. The role will produce high‑impact content that positions the company as a pioneer in sustainable steel production and Net Zero innovation, while also supporting internal communications to boost employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of a content marketing strategy aligned with business, sustainability, and brand goals.
• Create and manage a content calendar covering blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, newsletters, and social media.
• Coordinate with internal and external contributors to produce high‑quality, on‑brand content.
• Assist in content distribution across website, email, social media, and digital campaigns, and support SEO initiatives.
• Help develop marketing collateral such as brochures, event branding, and digital assets, and coordinate event logistics.
• Produce internal newsletters and communications to enhance employee engagement with the sustainability mission.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3‑4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably B2B or sustainability‑focused.
• Proven expertise in creating and managing editorial processes.
• Strong creative, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent collaboration, project‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• SEO knowledge and experience.
• Social media platform expertise.
• Design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, and Figma.
